THE JOURNEY TO YOUR DREAM HOME
Taking the decision to invest a substantial sum of money in ones home is a decision not taken lightly, therefore it is incumbent on us to ensure that we provide value for money matched by high standard of build and service.
Following your enquiry we will discuss with you your ideas and arrange a no-obligation appointment to personally meet and talk more in depth about what you want. We will discuss the property, the scale of the project and touch on issues such as consents and other professionals input.
Once we have an understanding of the proposed project we can provide direction to a suitable professional team or receive your pack of drawings in order to cost up the project.
Once we have provided our service offering and once instructed, we will formalise matters with the appropriate contract documents and plan the timing of works.

COMMUNICATION
Communication is crucial for a smooth relationship. We will provide regular updates on project planning and progress, coordinating with other professionals such as architects and engineers to maintain a single line of communication. It is essential to clearly express your desires and address changes early to avoid unnecessary costs. Our team will keep you informed about completed tasks, upcoming work, and involved trades, ensuring you have a clear and controlled view of the project.
BUDGET PLANNING
At QbEx, we understand the importance of working within your budget and helping you achieve your financial goals. To ensure transparency, we will establish staged payments that align with the milestones achieved throughout the project. This way, you will always know when payments are due and can plan accordingly. Our goal is to make the payment process as seamless and stress-free as possible for you.
THE BUILD
This is the disruptive bit! We will endeavour to work as carefully as possible and do everything we can to keep you from being inconvenienced by the noise and disruption. However, by its nature it is destructive and constructive work, so this will be where the stresses and strains occur if you remain in-situ.
CLOSE OUT
So we’ve got through the main build and we need to close out the project. Subject to how the contract is set up, you may have engaged a project manager for example, and they will agree the close out of the project and identify any final snags that need resolving. Once this is concluded, we hand over the construction area and pass you your remodelled/extended home.
Final payment will be made and the project ends – almost!
POST-BUILD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Too many builders don’t return to remedy post-build issues. We guarantee that we will investigate any issues of concern up to 12 months after the project has been signed off as complete. We hope there will be no issues, but sometimes a problem crops up, and we will ensure it is investigated and assessed, that is our guarantee.
In addition, we will provide a structural warranty from a specialist insurer to give you piece of mind.
